Pet owners’ number one complaint is: how do we get pet stains and smells out of our homes. This is a problem that has plagued pet owners since the beginning of time and ZEROREZ® has the answer! Traditional carpet cleaners often address the carpet surface, by trying to clean the visible animal waste, leaving a much larger problem underneath the carpet—in the carpet backing and pad, the floor’s subsurface and sometimes the baseboards and walls. Traditional carpet cleaners simply mask remaining odors by spreading perfumes, oils or other odor masking agents, offering only temporary results. They do this because they do not have a permanent solution for cleaning and eliminating odors.

In some cases our normal carpet cleaning process may be all that is needed. In more severe cases, the urine sometimes soaks through the carpet backing into the padding and floor beneath. In this case, the problem has become "multi-layered" and effective remediation must address each layer of the problem. We have a specialized method to remove these difficult pet odors and stains.
